Club InformationTake a picture tour of the club Located at 348 Whippoorwill Rd in Chappaqua, NY on 33 acres of land, Twin Oaks is one of the most beautiful, well run clubs in the area. It was founded in 1978 as a not-for-profit club. It is run by a board of volunteers who are all members of the Club. Yearly dues are collected for the sole purpose of running and maintaining the Club. Twin Oaks' membership is comprised of approximately 325 families. Swimming The club has two pools. The heated "kiddy-pool" is for children age five and under. The large pool is heated and designed to appeal to all types of swimmers. The shallow end, which is only three feet deep, has a gentle graduation; even the youngest and most cautious swimmers feel comfortable as they learn how to swim. The middle of the pool is dedicated to lap and competitive swimmers. The far end of the pool, which is 13 feet deep, is used primarily by members of our diving team, and deep water swimmers. We also have a swim team that offers children a chance to compete against other clubs around the county. Tennis Wednesday is Ladies' Day. Women of all levels have a chance to play with and meet other women in this round-robin doubles format. The women also field teams in the Metropolitan Interclub Tennis League (MITL). The Men field a team at the 4.0 level. Our Junior Tennis program allows children of all ages to join our Junior Development Program or to participate in our Junior Team and compete against other clubs throughout Westchester County.
